About
Kimberly Schipke, M.S.
I was born in the Black Hills of South Dakota and raised in Tupelo, Mississippi. I earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in biomedical engineering with minors in mathematics and Spanish from Mississippi State University. For my thesis, I designed a cyclic pressure bioreactor for the ex vivo study of aortic heart valve mechanobiology. I enjoyed being in a lab and letting my imagination explore new ideas and potentials. After graduation I worked as a compliance associate for Coast IRB, an independent review board, to help oversee clinical trials. I was in a cubicle and listening to the serious adverse events of pharmaceutical drugs. I was in beautiful Colorado Springs questioning if this is the right direction for medicine and my life. I had a health crisis which brought me to Boulder and into the world of energy medicine. I met Lori Laingor, a civil engineer and acupuncturist, at a Ringing Cedars gathering and she introduced me to a series of people who helped pinpoint what was needed for my body to heal. It was a combination of auricular acupuncture, homeopathy, a green laser and never taking birth control pills ever again and I felt like a new woman. The FDA and Coast IRB were taken to court by the Government Agency for Oversight for gaps in overseeing clinical trials. The company closed down and we were still in recession so decided to pursue physics-based medicine. The following month I went to the International Society for the Study of Subtle Energy and Energy Medicine conference in Westminster, CO in 2009 and was able to meet Dr. Elizabeth Rauscher, Dr. Beverly Rubik, Dr. Karl Maret, Dr. Claude Swanson, Dr. Bill Tiller, Dr. Charles Tart and many other brilliant luminaries in the field of energy medicine.
I met Eileen McKusick, developer of Biofield Tuning, at a Bioenergetics Conference in North Carolina in 2011. Biofield Tuning is a technique which uses tuning forks to bounce sound off the body like sonar in the biofield. Eileen gave me an adrenal reset and my life has not been the same since. She would come visit me in Colorado and we would talk about biofield science together. I would take thermal pictures and Eileen would tune. I took her class as soon as possible in 2012 and years later was asked to become a teacher, then the International Class Coordinator, as well as, the Research Director for the Biofield Tuning Institute. I am also a founding member of Tuners Without Borders and have volunteered to give out free tools and training in Trenchtown in Kingston, Jamaica, as well as Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. I have loved traveling the world teaching people how to tune the body like an instrument and producing more coherent emitters around the globe. I have presented Biofield Tuning in five cities across Australia; the Theosophical Society in Glasgow, Scotland; the International Reflexology Conference in Lausanne, Switzerland, Energy Healing Conference in Ogden, Utah and again in St. George, Utah; the California Institute for Human Sciences in Encinitas, CA; Animal Energy World Healing Conference in Manchester, UK on two occasions; the Zoroastrian College’s International Alternative and Integrative Medicine Conference in Mumbai twice as well; and most recently at the 8 O'clock Club in Johannesburg, South Africa. My current interest is tuning couples and helping to bring more coherent energy within households. I believe if the parents have clear, coherent, grounded energy then they can be a model for their children and others in the community. I also love tuning animals and pets. I have tuned recording studios, businesses, projects, plants, ley lines, crystals and more. Biofield Lab will study changes in the electromagnetic field of biological systems in response to various stimuli. The variety of technology in the lab will help expand our knowledge into bioelectromagnetics and its use in improving health and wellbeing.
